If you are a registered TiBc customer or a visitor to our Website, we act as the ‘data controller’ of your personnal data. This means we determine how and why your data are processed.

We do not share your data with anyone. We do not sell your data. Your data is securely stored in Switzerland.

If you decide to contact us through our contact form, we will use your email address to send you a reply. We will store your email address and message only for later referral, in case you decide to contact us again. This mail address may be used to send a newsletter.

By using the contact form or the newsletter registration, you provide us with your email address and you agree to occasionally receive a newsletter containing updates about our company and products until you unsubscribe. You may unsubscribe at any time.

5. Support Service Desk

Emails collected from customer for support purpose is not used for marketing purposes. However we may use your email address to verify that you are a valid customer eligible for a support service.

Aside from the third party involved in the processing of your payment, or a TiBc unauthorized partner in your local area, we do not share your personally identifiable information with any other entities. In addition, we will not send you any communications that you do not explicitly request from us (i.e. the only way for you to receive our email newsletter is if you choose to subscribe through a form on the TiBc Website).

How secure is the collected data?

How long we store data

We will archive and stop actively using any personal identifiable information about you within 3 years from the last time you used TiBc services. We will delete your personal data from our archives no later than 10 years from the last time you used TiBc or as agreed with you in a separate contract.

Right to erasure

Right to erasure is also known as Right to be Forgotten. TiBc and its applications and services will delete all customer information including emails and email communication upon a customer request. However some data may have to be preserved due to other law requirements specifically but not exclusively Anti Money Laundering law.

Right to rectification

Customer has right to have inaccurate personal data rectified, or completed if it is incomplete upon a request.
