You contact us by email or phone, inform us of the OTC your are interested in. Write down the details, questions and so on. We will contact you back to answer your demands and provide you a direct contact line with one of our Traders.

Once we are aware of your demands and requirements, we will study it, analyze the market and our team of
traders will discuss offers to make.
Once offers are made, we are still discussing, we can negotiate the price. Once a Trading Offer is
accepted. We agree on the details regarding the trade(s).
3. Compliance
While our Trading Team is discussing, the Compliance Team might contact you regarding the legal
documents that are needed for such a transaction. It will depends on the transactions amounts. Proofs
of Funds are needed in most cases.

4. Trading
We simply act upon the contract we've both agreed to, we respectively take care of our parts of the
contract. Each side transfer the FIAT / Cryptos amount to the other side.

Individual OTC Trading
On the one hand, there is one person available to sell assets at a given price. And on the other hand, there is the other person, willing to buy assets at a given price. Trade occurs when both parties agree on the price of the trade or exchange for which they are united.
